酒店的设施和服务都不错，但是在预定酒店式未告知客人需缴纳9元/天/人的基金。但听说从网上购买时6元/天/人，大家要是去海南旅游时需要注意这一点。

晚上酒店边上的海鲜烧烤摊太吵，一直到深夜.酒店设施陈旧，海景房只能看到一点点海面，与实际不符。只是离机场较近。

服务很热情，楼下就是小吃街，晚上夜市很热闹，卫生间的不是特别干净，很容易积水而且门上有很多污迹，好型没有很认真清理过，勉强可以接受，高级海景房是斜角的阳台，因为不是临海的酒店所以透过楼群看的大海一角而已，步行的话5分钟到海边，性价比还不错~

这就是所谓的四星级酒店？服务也太差了。出现问题就前台推销售部完后又推给财务，最后还是前台给解决，不晓得怎么管理的。
