位置很好，出行方便，老板人很热情。房间布置温馨，室内外空气都很好，更有一份家的感觉，老板推荐的美食和旅游景点非常好??！都是他们摸索出来的经验，很经济实惠，酒店卫生特别好，睡的很踏实，酒店很安静。景色很美，浴室里面洗漱用品齐全，我们住的非常满意！

离海滩还是不算远，小区出出去500米左右，过一条公路。在245医院，坐车还是挺方便的。周边吃的一般，因只住了两天，第一天坐车到的第一市场，第二天玩累了叫的外卖。

周边是面粉厂环境较差，离三亚湾就步行五分钟能到，公寓阳台能看到海，屋内设备都是屋主留下来的，比较旧，这个就算了关键是被套发黄，枕头都不敢躺上去睡。公寓破旧，小区内环境和绿化倒是不错。吃饭逛街和去海边很方便，这个是优势。
