公寓小区环境较好，公寓周边生活方便，公寓离三亚湾海边近。但所住1002房设施陈旧，有的已损坏（如仅有的两把木椅，一把损坏无法使用），窗帘又脏又破，需要改进。

好不容易找到住的地方，是一个小区式的，周边环境还行，有保安。但是赶车累了一天，扛个大箱子到B楼办理入住手续，又得换到A楼入住，真的好麻烦……而且服务人员态度不是特别好，就是那种你爱住不住的。勉强吧……
