酒店管理上的前台不错，客房服务员也很好！但是沙滩和泳池的救生员责任心差，我们住了4天，观察到首先不坚守岗位，经常不在岗。在也不管理外面的非住店客人使用咱们酒店的设施，不少外国人是外面的游客在使用酒店的公共设施，造成了资源的紧张。酒店的餐饮很好，性价比高！一位住咱们酒店4次的客人对酒店的建议。

酒店房间位置特别好，出门大海，周边餐饮配套齐全。房间wifi信号不好。酒店里的杭帮餐厅无语了，点了个牛仔骨太老，大堂经理拿到厨房，又端回来说：给厨师吃过，说不老。就不理我们了……

东欧客人很多，酒店比较旧，设施老化，主楼电梯开关门时间比较短，冷不丁会被夹一下，入住当天卫生打扫还不错，床单被套会换新，但第二天卫生打扫得比较潦草，连毛巾都没好好叠一下，随意地搭在架子上。空调开到最大，然而制冷效果稍显不足，夜里睡觉，盖被太热，不盖又稍凉，折腾得一晚睡不好。早餐及其简单，单买78元一位，贵且没啥好吃的，炒面硬而难吃，一点水果沙拉，白粥，小米粥，简单糕点，咖啡寡淡，放点牛奶加糖直接吃出了朱古力味，荤菜几乎没有，素菜凉菜品种也不多，感觉不值这个价，第二天直接点了外卖吃。酒店离海边不远，步行几分钟可达，直接从酒店游了泳转道海边玩水，一站式解决。酒店工作人员热情，笑脸迎送，会主动询问需要，临走还帮忙打车。地理位置不错，背靠大菠萝购物商场，天热可以去逛逛。
