订了豪华亲子房两晚，第一天简直是噩梦：1）进房间一股霉味扑鼻而来，2）房间在二楼，一楼是餐厅，阳台门不能开，时不时有油烟味飘来，3）半夜12点正，楼上传来震耳欲聋的生日快乐歌声和地板踩踏声！4）早起时竟然在床单和床上看到数个黑色小虫，并且在事后发现背上被咬了好几个红包，直到今天还痒得难受！卫生极差！ 第二天早上投诉后，处理还算及时，虽然换了房间，但是却降级给了大床房，还说免费给加个小床，似乎还让我们沾了便宜！我们订的可是亲子房一大一小两个床的！在三亚住过很多酒店，从来没有给过差评，第一次给差评！不推荐！
