非常感谢礼宾部Rex这几天专业及时的服务，来三亚很多次了但是问到他的时候总有新发现，当然礼宾部应该是Aaron和joe得服务也很周到，很温暖的感觉，瑞吉等着我，我还会再回来，泳池沙滩天气一切好

瑞吉绝对是最棒的！比起什么红树林不知道好几百遍！红树林办入住的时候还要拿小礼物诱惑我们给好评！红树林的服务差到极点！不信你们今天去看看红树林是怎么要好评的！免得说我是拖！因为我现在就在红树林！等还要等一个多小时才能入住！红树林让我们给好评就送项链或者饮料两杯！

大气磅礴的酒店大堂，每个服务人员都面带微笑，早餐丰富，品种多样，选择性很多。晚餐自助餐烧烤美味，尤其是羊肉串，吃出内蒙的感觉，其他菜品出品精致小巧，还有派送的食品选择。早餐的时候遇到经理和厨师长询问用餐感受，好评，特别是厨师长Jim，彬彬有礼，赞一个！房间超级大，尤其是洗手间！传说中的网红泳池，很好很好，拍照绝佳之地！沙滩有礁石对面是灯塔！
