海滩岩石多，沙滩质量差了些，无法下海游泳，但酒店大环境好，尤其是服务特别好，在此要特别感谢私人管家王坤，热情的开车带我们游览，给我们介绍酒店的环境和设施，全天随时响应，再晚微信都能及时回应，让我们特别感动。离开时还赠送了下午茶，即便住店期间，有一些小的不愉快，通过他的热情服务，最终让我们感觉非常棒。

酒店的环境很好，房间非常大，房送水都成件送！有些细节真不行！比如烧水壶竟然很脏而且水壶的质量也一般！

房间超级大也很好，入住之后就将小朋友需要的洗漱用品给准备过来，第二天还赠送了漂亮的巧克力，礼宾部的James很是热情，之后还住了其他酒店，感觉还是瑞吉最好，前台nicole知道小朋友要游泳洗澡延迟了1小时退房，总之棒棒哒！
