很差很差的酒店，很糟糕的体验！房间在前台左手边，窗外是活动平台，无隐私可言。沙发上还有之前客人留下来的脚趾甲，欢迎单也是旧的纸张 沾有脏东西。付费早餐非常一般般，很多不满意的细节记不清楚了，拍的图片时间太久也找不到了，不然必须po出来！唯一贴心的是入住前把我从红树林酒店接过去了！这趟旅行最失败的就是这里了，期待了很久的凤凰岛之旅也搞砸了我...

凤凰岛上有几个酒店，并不是每个都有游泳池，比如这家，房间倒是可以，泡泡液是收费的。。。没给选择楼层的机会，大堂在二楼，没卡到不了。。。

因为这次来三亚租了车，所以特意想上岛体验一番。可这里除了是在凤凰岛上之外，真的没任何优点。定的奢华海景家庭套，结果客厅的阳台正对工地，非常吵闹。要求前台帮忙调房，可得到的答复是全住满了（答复速度相当快，基本没用查看）。艺龙上描述房型时写的圆床，本想体验一下，可连影都没看见，前台答复是艺龙上写错了，这种房型根本没圆床，真是无语了。再说说房间，面积挺大，但空荡荡的，家具破损严重，无法上wife，想咨询一下前台，结果电话还是坏的。整个酒店根本无任何服务可言，真是浪费了这么好的凤凰岛，以后一定不会再选。
