房间脏、乱、差，入住时等了近二个小时，结果房间还是没打扫好，房间内的气味让人作呕，凤凰岛上居然有这么差的酒店，五星的价格，旅馆的设施和服务，具体情况请参考图片……

位置不错，岛上在建！难免工地煞风景，没预定信息或房卡是不让进岛的，前台人员态度很好不笑不说话，很热情，房间的设施我就无话可说了。阳台方形浴缸没敢用，喷头链接管是坏的，客厅电动纱帘是坏的，家具老旧还没品味

悦佳酒店在凤凰岛上，进出都有车接送。酒店工作人员的服务态度也很好，特别是阿成，一个帅帅的湖南男孩，还帮我们叫车去西岛，有什么问题他都很快的帮我们解决。酒店房间超级满意，觉得物有所值，面朝大海。

服务态度很好，我们是直接打车到酒店门外的保安亭再给司机电话来接我们的，去的太晚所以只有二楼的房间有点小遗憾，不过里面的管家都很有礼貌，服务态度超级棒，我很喜欢，下次还会选择这家酒店。

住这家酒店很享受，住了两天都没怎么出去玩，泡在楼下的泳池。另外要特别感谢管家阿成，一去就遇见湖南老乡，很关心我们，很温暖很贴心！
