房间很好，入住开始就有人接待，工作人员很亲切，提前发了邮件沟通欢迎礼准备的特别好，我另外购买了早餐，一楼的甜点太好吃了不愧是第一法甜，洗护用品也很不错，入住体验感超级好，下次还会预订的，一楼那个洗护用品店也超级划算给的赠品很多，很满意的出行

Top 20 —The Shilla Seoul #首尔新罗酒店
首先有 shuttle bus 接送到酒店门口，因为酒店在山坡上，落车个刻已有职员帮忙攞行李，带我到check-in 地方。职员都非常有礼貌，环境非常柔和，比人一种舒适的感觉。开头一入眼帘以为自己去左总统官邸，有古典气派感觉。
房间非常宽敞舒适，窗外景观优越。有室内及室外游泳池，不过本身package include swimming pool only，只能隔住窗睇室外嘅美景。
酒店旁边是新罗免税店，也有 shuttle bus 去明洞、东大门等热门地方，非常方便。

房间很温馨，窗外就是首尔塔，这个季节的首尔好美，打开窗帘彩林就映入眼帘，酒店工作人员从大门口的迎宾小哥哥到前台再到客房服务工作人员都非常的热情有礼貌，下次去首尔还会选择新罗，也会推荐给身边的朋友。

虽然老了但维护的挺好，床很舒服，酒店有接驳车去明洞和东大门，很方便！下次还会再选择这个酒店。就是加了一床被还要额外收钱。

服务态度特别好 工作人员英语都很不错 唯一的缺点是房间有点旧了 不过也够住了 需要注意的是没有牙膏牙刷 要花钱买………
