房间不错，就是服务员职业技能太差，不熟练，总是出现一些让客户意想不到的麻烦，不过女服务员还不错。

印象不好，两个房间都无热水，找人修，没修好，让换房间，前台说卫生间用过了不给换，如果换要交打扫费用，难道我住店还要去外边的公共卫生间上厕所不成，后来找个像领导的人打了几个电话才给换房。从下午不到3点让修理，6点回来发现没修好，前台让我在房间里等修理工，没人来，三层到一层我跑了四次找前台，晚上7点才换成房间。
