I have stayed at this hotel multiple times with my husband and this was my first one on my one . What an amazing experience once again, as a female solo travel I felt so safe the entire stay. The desk staff are extremely friendly and welcoming upon check in they assist me with an early check in . The room is stunning and so clean with everything you need and more, the hotel is also beautiful. upon check out staff assisted me with keeping my bags so that I could explore a bit of shanghai before my flight. I will definitely come back ??????????

The location is great. It is next to Shanghai railway station and metro station. The room was cozy. It was very warm in the room. Room service was great. Reception was especially helpful when we needed to solve some problems. The only thing was slow internet connection.
Parking is free and has many available places to park and charge your car. We were satisfied. Can recommend this hotel to my friends.

Ideal location right opposite the Shanghai Train Station to explore the city. Metro is just next to train station. A short metro ride to major tourist attractions like people square and nanjing road pedestrian walk.
Lots of eateries and supermarkets right next to hotel. Breakfast is good and hotel staff are very helpful.

The staff 马梦影 is very welcoming and helpful. The staff room cleaner for room 1217 is attentive in providing sufficient the amenities. The breakfast staff at the noodle station is friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! Firstly, the location is very convenient by train, it did not require much navigating and with the help of amap/gaode, we reached within 5-7 minutes of walking. Secondly from my own personal experience, this is one of the best hotels to deliver your taobao packages. They keep all pacakages well organised and safe at the side of the counter and a 2 mintes walk away they have a delivery counter! All 15 of my packages arrived safely :) I have also delivered a custom suit and they made sure to verify the receiving person before handing the suit over. Lastly, the room is clean and I enjoyed the cookies and laundry room provided. Will stay here again!
