虹桥希尔顿就在夏都小镇的门口，偏商务风，酒店不是很大，但标配的现烤曲奇还是那么好吃。宠物友好房型有一些宠物的小设施，还贴心的准备了专门给狗狗备好的毛巾，这是第一次看到！还送了一个Jellycat的小礼物包，我还在想这么豪送jellycat啊，打开是其他牌子的小球和捡屎袋，哈哈哈哈哈，还是我想多了。[偷笑R][偷笑R][偷笑R][偷笑R] 酒店用餐可以带小狗，but旁边就有那么多选择何必执着在酒店[哇R]泳池不大而且比较浅，不太适合成人～

酒店环境和衞生都还可以，入住前和入住时前台的服务也可以。
因为我们这次是去见客户，带了一些样品，本来想在房间里给客人展示样品，因为房间太小，我们看大厅的一角正好有一个比较大的会议桌，前一天晚上特意问了前台大厅那里是不是都可以使用，服务人员説可以，那里就是供客人使用的。第二天早上我们就把样品摆在了会议桌上，刚刚和客户开始交谈，就有一个姓名是某静的服务人员过来，説不能在这里摆样品，人可以在这里，不能有样品，我们説前一天晚上已经谘询过了説可以用，但是她坚持不让我们在那里，我们説很快就能结束，她也坚持不同意，最后到底是把我们的样品都送回房间了，真的是非常非常差的体验！主要是大厅里有好几处供客人休息和闲聊的地方，所有的休息区都空着，并不是説有很多人都排队等着用我们摆样品的那个休息角！并且我们摆样品的那个休息区，是在大厅的角落里，并不是在大厅中央能影响到客人的走动或者入住之类的！真的不明白酒店这个规定为什么会是这样，人可以在那里，在那里多久都可以，就是不允许有样品在那里！我们的样品是衣服，并不是大件的机器设备之类的！
我们和客户交谈完离开酒店的时候，特意看了酒店大厅所有的休息区，全部是空的！我们一开始使用的那个角落也是空的，没有其他客人使用！
非常非常非常差的体验！！！真的很影响心情！！！不管是订酒店还是其他，这是第一次给差评！！！大厅的休息区入住的客人不可以使用吗？更何况我们前一天晚上已经谘询过前台，给出的是回答是可以使用！希望酒店的相关人员可以给予合理解释！

酒店装修非常好，大厅走进去很香。前台服务很好，之前在国外注册的希尔顿会员，在国内一直用不了，前台直接帮忙解决了问题，之后都能积分了，好评。酒店房间宽敞，床很大很软，酒店早餐品种丰盛且味道不错。酒店就在夏都小镇入口，边上很好逛，吃饭的地方也很多，总体好评。

Other than the location which is actually convenient to Hongqiao Airport and the great walking street of food/shops nearby (but far from the city center), it is a nice hotel worth the money.

Overall the stay was good, reception and overall service was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was broken so we had to move and do not appreciate the open plan bathrooms, bathrooms should be more private. Other than that room service was really good and the lobby smelled amazing. Would stay there again regardless

This hotel used to be Senz spa hotel, now became Double tree by Hilton. Because I enjoyed the spa and massage facilities last time I stayed I missed the massage used to be offered by this hotel but other than that I liked this hotel a lot. Very clean and slightly high ceiling in the room makes everything very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is kind of usual standard for this type of hotel but this hotel is directly connected to an excellent shopping street called Lidoway where I could find a lot of restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel. Highly recommended for those who are looking for relaxing stay close to Hongqiao airport and EXPO area in Qingpu
