提前在携程上预订了酒店，体验感真的很不错，中午10点多就到了酒店，当时前台小姐姐看我在沙发上坐着过来亲切的询问是不是要办理入住的，因为一开始看到酒店check in的时间是12点就没有办理，後面前台帮忙提前两个小时办理了入住，中午有马来西亚的同事过来一起要在酒店开一个简短的会议，前台小姐姐找了场地并给我们找了一个白板用於开会，还很热心的给我们5个人准备了茶水，中间还有一直关注我们的茶水有没有，因为到下午了有点犯困朋友们问有没有咖啡，她还特意帮忙准备了5杯咖啡，从马来西亚过来出差住过很多地方的亚朵，这次真的觉得服务特别细致，酒店做的真的非常的完美，朋友也觉得这家亚朵非常不错，後面也选择了在这家亚朵酒店入住，还添加了前台女孩的微信名字叫雪莉玫，有什麽问题也都有及时去回覆！特别贴心，以後来上海这家酒店真的是我的首选了

Very nice hotel, new, clean and very well equipped. Excellen value for money in Shanghai -Pudong area.
To improve: You have to insist to use International credit card.

Rooms are not big, but space is very well utilized. Cleanliness top, and equipments in the room are quite new and sturdy. Negative: some rooms require you to walk down a few steps of stairs, which is a annoying if you have a lot of luggage

I tried 4 different Atour hotels during this China trip. This is the one I liked the most so far. The 2-bed room is very clean and spacious. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is super yummy and fresh. The laundry facility is very convenient and efficient. I would definitely come back.

location: quite close to the metro, take note as of 27 November not all exits are open, the closest exit is at Exit 3 and lift is at Exit 4. It's about 15 ~ 20 min bus ride to the popular Lu Jia Zui district :)
Service: extremely good! They allowed us to leave our luggages 3 days before our actual booking since we were heading to another city. Staff immediately came out of the hotel to help us with our luggages the moment we got off our Didi and served us water and tea
Room: it was well stocked with bathrobes, slippers, coffee, tea and to-go cups! Space was sufficient to open up 2 luggages. Bed was also comfortable with 2 different types of pillows and there were plugs on both sides of the bed.

Very good location, just less than 5 minutes walk from the metro. Family mart opposite the hotel, with some local food nearby.
Staffs were very friendly, help out whenever u needed them.
Room was very comfy, except pillow can be better. Everyday refilled drip coffee was the best for a morning coffee person.
Bonus point is free laundry service ??
Would definitely come back here next time when we visit!
