We loved the hotel, clean, smells good and feels like home right away. The bed is perfect, firm but soft on top with choices of pillow.
The choices of breakfast is limited but sufficient, and they provide night porridge.
The only thing missing is safety box.

Service is good, fast check in. Most comfortable bed and pillows so far among hotels we stay in China.Room temperature warm enough for cold seasons. Minutes to subway station. Shopping malls, restaurant at walking distance. Nice complimentary cookies and night porridge.

Do NOT stay here if you are allergic to dust or smells or have allergies! The hotel has a noticeable dustiness and an unusual odor. They keep all the windows and doors open to air it out. I’m sensitive to allergens, and the environment here has had me sneezing nonstop. Plus my AC in my room stopped working and my shower was lukewarm.
On the positive side, the hotel staff is kind and accommodating. They showed me two alternative rooms to try to help, but both made me sneeze. I’ve stayed multiple times in another Atour hotel in Shanghai but thought I’d try this one due to the location. It is not nearly as clean. I hope they can fix the smell because it seems to be toxic and is such a shame.

Perfect location, close to Jia Jia tang bao, Yang’s dumplings and 15 min walk to Nanjing pedestrian street. Bed is comfortable according to advertisement. Very clean. I prefer Atour to the other competitor J

酒店位置不错，新酒店，设施都很新也没什麽装修的味道，特别是淋雨喷头特别舒服，但是，给了个边房，床头是隔壁房间的洗手池，脚边是另一边房间的洗手池，所以，就跟住在澡堂一样，刚好碰到晚睡的隔壁邻居，那就是根本别想睡，住了两晚，第一晚听一晚上水声和孩子咚咚咚跑来跑去欢乐的声音，第二晚，应该是早上三四点，隔壁开了房间入住，从关门到进屋穿着皮鞋走了半小时我是一点声音没拉下全听的清清楚楚，吵到ta睡了我刚好可以起床了……所以，这房间可以説没有隔音可言，空调设计也是不合理，出风口直吹床头，再説软件，客房服务的大姐们和客人抢电梯，因为空间有限工作人员和客人共用电梯完全可以理解，但是看见客人在等电梯而且是客人先按了下行，看电梯上来了，大姐赶紧按了上，得，我得等她们先走了我等着，还有一次外出回来一穿睡衣的工作人员看我们进了电梯结果还是按着开门键等另一位工作人员进了电梯才关门，所以酒店的硬件软件都让人不舒服

酒店位置几方便，位於人民广场和新闸路地铁站中间，如从人民广场地铁站出口一路直走，会经过国际饭店买蝴蝶酥的地方，沿路也有不少食野的地方，也会经过小杨生煎，佳家汤包。位置也可以走路到南京步行街。
酒店的卫生也挺好的，房间所有东西都很新，电视也很大，床和枕头也不错，还有无线充电，值得赞！
唯一是不知是否抽风问题，洗手间冲凉位置晚上会有阵烟味传出来。
今次住三楼，晚上如街上有噪音也是会听到的，但还可以接受。

当日和朋友订了两间房一间709另一间1115。
在柜台时，同职员取润肤露只给予一间房一支，另一间房要付钱才给予一支润肤露。
这个是酒店的决定吗？为何不是一视同仁？一系两间房各一支，另一个方法是没有提供。为何会有这样的处理？当日的柜台同事还有条有理讲述只能给一支，再给一支就要付钱的！！！还有很多理论真的也想不到有这样的结局果。
另外1115房间玻璃上有对上客人的眼睫毛贴，还没有清理乾净，离开时也同柜台酒店职员?提及过为何会有这样的疏忽！！！
酒店位置是一流的，但服务及清洁程度不是预期的理想！！！

这次入住的亚朵酒店是一次很愉快的体验，酒店位置在北京西路上隔壁就是黄河路，可以轻轻松松去打卡宝总吃饭的地方“苔圣园”以及南京东路！距离地铁站步行也很方便。酒店的服务也很好，进门的时候还会给你倒一杯热茶，很贴心的细节。房间打扫的也很乾净，枕头和床垫都睡的很舒服，另外晚上居然还有夜宵，刚好逛了一天累了回去可以喝点粥暖暖胃，总体而言入住这家亚朵是很不错的选择，强烈和推荐，下次过来还会选择这里

1. 酒店位置是一流的，行去步行街或到江边睇夜景非常方便, 而且邻近地铁站口步行7分钟就到酒店。附近有很多怀旧上海特色的美食和菜馆！（ 国际饭店的蝴蝶酥?? )?
2. 虽然在入住酒店时经历过一些不愉快的事情，但事後酒店员工马上诚恳致歉及体贴客人的感受，作出很满意的服务态度，这点令我留下深刻很好的印象????
3. 亦给予支持现今在社会打拼的年青人们加强改进及提高水平的机会????

位置很好的一家酒店，就在黄河路上周边小吃很多，离国际饭店也很近，给家里人带了蝴蝶酥，酒店环境很好，大堂装修很文艺，香氛味道很好，还有很多书可以免费借閲，办入住的速度很快，前台人员介绍很详细，还帮忙送行李到房间，房间很乾净，衞生打扫到位，很整洁温馨，非常喜欢亚朵的枕头和床垫，空调温度很舒服，降温後暖气很充足，服务人员都很热情，打扫衞生的时候还会主动帮忙洗衣服，表扬亚朵的免费洗衣服务，离开的时候前台妹妹还送了热的矿泉水，超级温暖的细节，下次还会选择亚朵。
