Atour Hotel Shanghai East Nanjing Road exceeded every expectation. The location simply couldn’t be better — right in the center of everything. You can walk to the Bund, East Nanjing Road, and countless restaurants and shops within minutes. The views at night are absolutely breathtaking, with the city lights and skyline creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
The hotel itself is spotless — exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience felt high-end without the high price tag. For what you get, it’s hands down the best value in central Shanghai.
If you want to be steps from the action, surrounded by the best the city has to offer, this is the place to stay. 5/5 stars!!! ??????????

房间一如既往得保持水准，全台小姐姐很nice，还给房间升级了。早餐主管服务周到，点的馄饨被清洁阿姨误拿了下立刻帮我重做了一碗。酒店出行方便，离南京路地铁站很近，步行至外滩三分钟，但是酒店位置在巷内，又很安静！唯一缺乏是房间门不是很密实，其他房间客人关门时会同时有震动，希望密实性可以做些调整。

前台服务超棒，酸梅汤很好喝，每天出游回到酒店来一杯，沁人心脾????，深夜粥真是给疲惫了一天的旅行者最好的奖赏（ ﹡?o?﹡ ）最后还送了伴手礼，非常感谢，还会再次选择亚朵。

酒店的位置还可以，因为是过来办意大利签证比较方便，就在对面一栋楼，所以如果过来办签证的的这家店还是可以的，我过来前台让加钱升级了几木大床，但是有一説一，这个酒店缺点就是没有自己的停车场，然后在附近的大楼里面停车，酒店也不给报销或者减免，所以这点是不好的。?如果不是过来办签证的，可以考虑其他酒店。?

我们是家庭旅客，订了两间房间，因为晚了checkin,一开始其中一间是安排我们在地下的房间，一打开房门，非常黑，里面有一部抽湿机，在漏水，满地都是水，服务员只是说给我们拖一拖?? 我们说不能接受这房间，可是前台服务员说我们买的房型已经住满，要求我们加3百块升级。我们唯有加钱升级，可是升级的房间也不是很好，只是正常的房间，可是房价要到一千以上的价格。
而另外一间厕所内洗手盆的水喉发出臭味，怀疑是喉管老化，弄得我们不敢使用，这两天需要用洗澡房里面的花晒刷牙，真的不能接受??只是到check out 时送了一盒雪花膏作补偿????
可是我认为 如果是这样的情况，房间出了问题，酒店一般都会免费升级房间，我不会再来这家酒店，也不会外滩那边的酒店住，太旧了，感觉也不良好。
位置是在外滩旁边不显眼的位置，也不是很便利，附近环境昏暗。

体验感不错，主要地理位置很好，靠近外滩南京东路，前台小姐姐办理速度也快，里面设备也很齐全，房间衞生也很乾净，整个人都能放松下来，床的舒适度也好，值得推荐这家。孩子生日，酒店特意订了蛋糕，送了果盘，真的很用心，被感动到！

酒店距离外滩非常近，走路大概3-5分钟?酒店环境好也挺乾净的，服务员也很有热情?酒店的早餐味道也不错?还有自助深夜粥到服务，总体来説不错

和孩子一起去玩，定了亚朵酒店，地点超级好，下楼就能看到东方明珠，去外滩、南京路步行很快就到了。服务周到，态度很好。退房时还送了小礼品??

位置很好，离地铁站和外滩都很近，适合带小朋友的家庭选择。房间虽然不大，但是胜在舒适度挺高，早餐很丰盛，味道也很好，退房的时候还有小礼物，推荐！
