Very nice apartment hotel close to beautiful Xintiandi. The service team is very supportive and friendly. My apartment was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Some small corners of the apartment could be better maintained but overall I have enjoyed my stay there and would book it again.

The hotel was super clean, the lobby is soo comfortable and the staff was so friendly. In the room there was a laundry machine that dried out clothes (which was a new experience to me). And their staff ordered taxi for us and fixed out air conditioning issue. Definitely recommend and would definitely choose this hotel again!

Very helpful staff. 2 metro nearby, each about 10 minutes walk away. Taxi is cheap to everywhere due to its central location.

行政房的卧室景观很好，两面都是大窗。但客餐厅略显小（和图片上的不一样），可能同一房型有多种样式，不影响，建议住客入住前确认是哪一种。另外，之前住过的大床房厨房区域挺大，行政的略局促，但短期入住也够用了，长期入住的话可能不适合。

订的一室一厅，一个人住很舒适。公寓基本设施齐全，位置也方便，长住短租应该都不错。唯一别扭的是衞生间的枱麪设计的过低。

最近感觉上海酒店到处都很满，还是继续选择长河国际公寓，他们生意一直不错也很满，前厅工作人员还有打扫的阿姨都很热情，虽然他们很忙碌，但依然很热情帮忙，感谢??。

非常满意，跟住酒店设施一样，但是多出来一个厨房空间和带烘乾功能的洗衣机，解决了亲子游的大问题，离地铁站有点距离，大概八百米，但是距离外滩和南京路都不远，一公里多，遛弯儿就可以走过去看风景
