带孩子来上海考试，就近选择了这家酒店， 体验感非常差！门口只有几个不规则停车位，想停车那就去200米外的合作停车场，然后再走回酒店。酒店设施老旧，跟桔子水晶的标准还差太多，工作人员説是收购的别的酒店改造的。衞浴的窗帘是掉下来的，大晚上找人来修，马桶按钮是不会自己回弹的，要手动拨上来，不然马桶就会一直响，房间空调声音大，预订的亲子三个人的房间给两瓶水，两双拖鞋。 绝不推荐也不会再来！

酒店离地铁口很近，无论是入住时的前台小哥还是退房时的姐姐态度都很好，走的时候还给了小零食伴手礼，很开心 房间比较乾净 不过感觉桔子水晶可能设计更适合行政人士入住 年轻人旅游更适合低一等级的全季和桔子 自带的minibar给了可乐和苏打水 枕头睡的很舒服！

这次入住体验超棒！位置得天独厚，出行打车、逛景点都超方便，步行几分钟就有商圈和小吃街。房间乾净整洁无异味，床品柔软亲肤，洗漱用品齐全且品质在线，隔音效果也很好，睡得特别安稳。前台服务热情周到，办理入住和退房都高效快捷，下次来还选这家！

J’ai très bien été accueilli par un jeune homme qui m’a tout expliquée. Le personnel de l’h?tel est professionnel et très gentil. Les femmes de ménage travaillent dur pour que l’h?tel soit propre.
J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. L’h?tel est bien situé. Il se trouve à 5 minutes de la ligne 7 du métro. Il y a des petits restaurants locaux, un McDo, KFC, 7 eleven… tout autour. De plus, l’h?tel est calme et on peut laver et sécher ses vêtements au 2e étage si on a besoin. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié.
Je recommande cet endroit pour votre séjour à Shanghai.

房间漂亮宽敞，乾净衞生，服务态度好，有个智能机器人帮忙送东西，特别喜欢房间里的浴缸??酒店2楼的洗衣机和乾衣机给力好用，易操作，洗烘高效。位置优越，离7号线行知路3号口正常速度步行仅仅几分钟，不超过10分钟，而且这个地铁口有无障碍电梯。

这是我第二次入住，员工的服务态度依然非常好，房间也保持着乾净整洁的状态。特别喜欢酒店提供的二楼免费洗衣房，这对于长途旅行的我来说非常方便。此外，每天还赠送两瓶汽水，让人感到贴心和舒适，绝对值得1赞赏。不过，南京步行街距离酒店稍远，建议其他旅客在计划前往各大旅游景点时多加考虑，以节省时间。

I booked two bedrooms for myself and my parents on our 3D2N Shanghai trip. Overall the experience were very good, my parents are very satisfied with their stay there. The bedrooms and toilets are clean, most importantly we have Xiao du in the room and cute little robot to send our food delivery.
One thing about this hotel is there isn’t any seven eleven or mini market nearby for you to grab some snacks, and the breakfast also abit oily.
Overall we are satisfied and will definitely come back if we back to Shanghai again.
