Clean hotel and helpful reception. They let us check in an hour in advance. They offered to help us call didi, provided bottled water everyday. They were also very helpful when our room was a tad bit warm due to the winter heater by sending us a cooler.
Location: plenty of restaurant, grocery store, fruit vendors nearby.
Hotel breakfast: we regretted only trying their breakfast on our last day. The breakfast spread is so good, comes with bacon, German sausage, dimsum, wantan soup, pork noodles, yogurt, soymilk and fried rice. You must try their breakfast before 10.30am as they have limited options after that.

The service was good. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the People's Square Park Station and approximately 10 minutes walk to the Nanjing Road West shopping area that is near to Khuan Alley.

The front desk ladies are so cute and helpful.. the room is very cozy and comfortable the only thing is that the bathroom has an awful smell so you have usually to close the bathroom door .. otherwise the hotel accommodation is super star and recommended ..
