I recently stayed for three nights and had a truly pleasant experience.
First, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the housemaid who found my bag and immediately informed the front desk. Thanks to her prompt action, the staff contacted me just before I left for the train station—this honesty and efficiency really impressed me.
Secondly, all three front office staff I interacted with were proactive, warm and genuinely kind. Their professionalism made my stay feel welcoming and comfortable.
The room itself was very clean, with good water pressure and a reliable heater, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a wonderful three-night stay. I hope to return in the future, and I wish the entire team all the best.
