在上海过年转机住了两天，非常不错的酒店。前台小哥主动为我们升级了房间，设施齐全，服务优良，暖气热水都非常的好，不错的入住体验。

首先交通很方便，地铁、公交都不远，博物馆、城隍庙走走就能到。然后，前台很热情，?小翟、小张的服务都是棒棒的，门口有个高个子的小伙子，进进出出都会主动的拉门，早上去吃饭，餐厅的人也都是很客气，感觉特别好。下次来上海，还会选择这个店。

我们住的1201房是真不错，2个窗户，侧面的窗户可以看到东方明珠噢！2个窗户看外面风景都不错！房间设施卫生都可以，就是卫生间有个大浴缸，个人觉得不适合国人吧！洗澡不方便，还有这个房间马桶不太好用，房间没什么浓烈的香水味这个不错！出门公交地铁都很方便，去南京路外滩步行也不远，总体满意的！

Highly recommend to stay in hotel, reasonable price, location near to Yu Yuan, easy to reach to the Bund, we came in winter, heater worked well. And staff friendly supported us checking in when we caught up late at 4am. The only thing we dissatisfied is toilet smells

You can only able to see the pearl tower at the end of the corridor. The families room that I book was taken by a family member who extend their stay. The hotel upgrade me to 2 room with double bed. The hotel do not have connecting room and it will have problem if you have small kids travelling as there are no connecting room .

设施有点老，装修需要提升，服务也需要提升，这么大的酒店，直接屋里放了一包纸巾，连个盒都没有，也太不上档次了。价格倒还可以，设施服务提升之后，再贵一百也值得住

饭店的交通很方便，距离老西门站步行只要5分钟，附近没有很多餐厅，但走到大世界站就有很多
饭店的隔音不好，客人开关门声音很大，有些客人到半夜两三点还在吵闹
饭店的设备比较老旧，但问题反应有得到好的解决，打扫人员也很用心
整体来说性价比很高
