房间很好很好，环境也特别好！酒店有洗衣机和烘干机，夏天的衣服一天一洗特别方便，完全不用担心衣服没法洗或者洗了干不了，酒店就在城隍庙景区里面，要出门游玩特别方便！周围小吃遍地，超级超级超级超级多吃的，到外滩的距离也特别近，步行就能到达，很方便很方便！

前台服务人员很热情，办理入住很快！房间里面很干净，就是窗户一些小，没有纱窗，不能一直打开怕进蚊子，新装修的酒店，估计是因为窗户小吧通风不太到位，对于我这个鼻炎患者还说还是能闻到新装修的味道。打扫房间的阿姨很好，我的水杯盖子摔坏了就不要了放在了桌子上，阿姨拿出来给我怕我是落下的。5楼平台有个小花园晚上可以拍照挺漂亮的！地理位置非常好，去哪都方便，对面就是豫园商城，城隍庙，豫园公园！离外滩也很近！离地铁14号线和10号线也很近！交通是很便利的！

位置离城隍庙豫园很近，外滩步行10来分钟就。到了，挺方便的，楼下就是豫园小吃街。有各式各样的餐品，还有上海的特产，真是太方便了，酒店环境很棒，房间干净整洁。全屋是智能化的，可以呼叫小度 因为行程的原因，小姐姐还破例帮我们延时了退房，非常感谢这一次的入住，非常满意。会带着家人朋友再次入住。对了，5楼。还有花园休闲区，在这个寸土寸金的地方有一个小天地很棒

设施：很智能化小度可以帮助我们操作房间里面的设施。 房间有夜灯 起夜也不会吵到家人。小姐姐服务态度非常的好。 对于我提出的任何需求可以帮我解决。楼下就是豫园小吃街，旁边就是城隍庙和豫园，走走几步路。这个选址太棒了，离外滩，南京东路都很近，步行10来分钟就行，旁边有地铁，坐一站就能到，出行超方便。晚上的夜景也很棒。卫生是干净整洁的很舒适环境非常好五楼有花园晚上在这里吹吹风，喝喝小酒，不要太惬意了。Yeah

房间非常干净舒适，酒店的工作人员都很热情接待，保洁阿姨们都很热心，需求都可以帮忙解决，隔音也还可以，到晚上10点以后基本上没有什么声音了，房间有小度，它可以帮助我们操作一些简单的操作，上海旅行，出差带玩都还不错，非常方便，旁边就是豫园城隍庙小吃街都在楼。下里外滩，豫园，城隍庙，南京东路都很近，这个选址很不错哦。

来豫园附近 往这边离豫园城隍庙很近，走几步路就到晚上去外滩，南京东路也很方便，可以步行，也可以坐地铁 位置和交通很方便，房间有小度，可以帮我们简单操作房间的设施设备 前台的几位工作人员都很棒 五楼有花 园休闲区 还不错 晚上可以看夜景 蛮推荐的

I've booked a hotel in the scenic area. The customer service staff at the front desk provided excellent service during our stay, helping with any requests we had. They warmly introduced the nearby tourist attractions, which can be easily reached on foot or by public transport for sightseeing. There are also many local delicacies around—there's even a snack street right downstairs!

The hotel is within walking distance to the Bund garden but very far from downtown Shanghai. We booked a queen room with a single bed so obviously there should be 3 towels needed but only 2 towels were provided. When I requested for a bath towel, the lady at the front desk can only provide me with 2 small hand towels as I guess they ran out of clean bath towels. The plus side is they offer FREE laundry services! Overall the stay was pleasant.
