This was my first time in Shanghai, and I stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel Shanghai Bund Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. I was very impressed by the staff’s friendly yet professional attitude. They not only shared great tips on where to eat and explore in the area, but also went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. In particular, the lady who checked us in stood out—she remembered our room number and our earlier conversation about where we had been. She even followed up with us to ensure our stay was going well. (She was on duty on the evening of September 4th and the early hours of September 8th—kudos to her!)
The hotel’s view was also fantastic. Each morning, we woke up to a stunning view of the Oriental Pearl Tower, which was just as magical at night when it lit up the skyline. The location was another major plus—close to shops, great eateries, and photo-worthy spots, all within easy walking distance.
My friends and I had a wonderful time at the hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. A big thank you to the hotel and its amazing staff for making our trip such a memorable one!

Overall is good but I rate a 3 for location, if you are travelling with young baby or childcare, the hotel entrance is not accessible by car,so unlike other hotels, u have to carry all your luggage yourself and walk thru a slope but the hotel is near to The bund and nanjing pedestrian St...

Very pleasant stay. Like to pay compliment to all the staffs especially 胡嘉仪and the house maid who cleaned up our room. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and loved ones. Will stay again when i come shanghai.

Great location, easy to get to from the metro. It would be nice to have a pool. Breakfast was good and a lot of choice. Not sure about parking.

The stay was good overall. The hotel’s location is excellent, right on the shopping street. Cleanliness was very good. The bathroom is a bit small, and they don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste unless you request them. There are only a few elevators, so waiting takes time. The staff are kind and do their best to help, but the language barrier is an issue as no one speaks English. Check-in was the longest I’ve experienced in China, as it was a bit slow.

今年两次来上海都住了这家酒店，主要是交通方便，离南京东路地铁站很近，离外滩也近，去哪都很方便。房间面积不小，设施都很新，卫生也打扫的干净。每个工作人员都很热情，进门会先给一杯欢迎茶水，赞了。

真的太失望了！体验极差。因为临时突发急事，我入住还不到20分钟，房间里所有东西都没来得及用 ，就主动联系酒店协商退款。没想到酒店以超过15分钟为由，直接拒绝，整个沟通期间态度特别敷衍，完全没有给我提供任何解决方案，也丝毫没有协商的馀地。
后来我联系携程客服介入，本以为能得到公正处理，可没想到问题根本没有实质性进展。作为消费者，我并非不理解酒店运营规则，但是如此不近人情的处理方式，实在让人难以接受。短短20分钟，却要我承担全额费用，这也太不合理了。这种做法不仅损害了消费者权益，更暴露了酒店服务的僵化和冷漠，有损品牌美誉度和忠诚度。
希望携程平台和酒店能重视消费者的合理诉求，尽快完善退改政策，不要让死板的规则成为伤害消费者信任的利刃。
