Want to send out an appreciation post for Sunny at the reception desk. She was extremely helpful in solving my problems as I don’t have local Chinese apps and needed help from ordering food to calling a taxi. She was a star and took time for helping me with everything I needed.

The service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free upgrade and shared with us the pdf direction to the Hongqiao Railway station if we want to walk there. The room was very clean and everyday 4 bottles of drinking water were provided.

超贴心的深夜入住体验！
凌晨1点抵达酒店，本以为工作人员会很疲惫，没想到前台小姐姐依旧热情满满。主动问我们有没有吃饭，还贴心送上了小吃和饮品，瞬间驱散了深夜赶路的疲惫。
不仅服务暖心，酒店环境也超赞——房间干净整洁，落地窗视野开阔，住着特别舒心。临走前小姐姐还详细告知了去虹桥站的路线，特别周到。绝对是一次满分体验，下次来还选这里！

新开的酒店，总体不错，早餐种类可以，有现煮的面和馄饨，就是肠和鸡蛋油条那些没有加热功能，很容易放凉。服务态度好！但确实新酒店房间设施还有些味道，个别地方发现头发，希望打扫的时候能够更加注重死角清理。跟前台反应完之后表示可以给我调个房间，但是不想折腾了。希望持续改进。

这次出行最满意的酒店，没有之一。
首先酒店是新开业的，各种设施都很新，也没有异味，确实体验感很棒。其次，入住当天前台李女士非常热情的接待，尽管很忙碌，但是接过我身份证的时候笑容满面，让check in的心情非常好。再次，我预订的特价房无窗，李女士很热心的给我升级了房型，还用机器人给我送了饮料，简直贴心值拉满。房间干净，很舒服。双人房床中间还有隔板，私隐性很棒！最后，因为要看展，李女士还帮我延迟退房，超赞！下次来一定也会再次入住！

因出差行程临时变动需多停留一日盲选的酒店，没想到入住体验远超预想！工作人员非常热情，前台办理入住高效又贴心，还主动介绍了周边设施环境。酒店装修比较新，各类设施完备，健身房洗衣房一应俱全，房间内有无线充电非常方便。酒店的地理位置优越，附近有虹桥天街购物中心，吃喝玩乐都方便，离地铁站和会展中心也不远，还有地下通道能直达虹桥高铁站。这次入住体验堪称完美，强烈推荐！

I arrived just a few minutes past midnight, and the hotel staff performed an express check-in, handing me my keys within seconds. The front desk agent was kind and attentive.
While the breakfast selection may not be as sophisticated as those at other five-star hotels, it is well-suited for business travelers.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. I made a mistake in my booking and the manager fixed it quickly. She also helped me schedule a taxi for my trip next day. The hotel was very clean and comfy. I definitely would come back in future trips.

Very clean, friendly staff. Good location, close to Hongqiao Station. I forgot to take pictures right away, so the beds had bags and had been sat on already, so it doesn't completely reflect the pristine condition we arrived in, fear not.
