Holiday Inn express hotel made our stay wonderful and awesome. Hotel had wonderful staff to make your stay awesome. Hotel front office executive Lili was very courteous and demonstrated extreme professionalism in making our stay very peaceful at this hotel in Shanghai. I strongly recommend this hotel to people looking for Shanghai stay

一次很满意的入住体验，入住前两天就打电话问酒店可以在火车站寄存行李吗，前台都热心回答，还给了从火车站到酒店的路线图，不懂的前台也都悉心告知，这真的很棒，让客人有宾至如归的感觉，前台也问了我们的需求，提前帮我们两间房安排在一起了，房间很大很舒适，卫生间干湿分离，冰箱也有，很方便，早餐在一楼大厅，早上可以吃完就直接走，大堂还有咖啡机，都是免费自助的，机器人也有送餐很方便，周边也有商场，商务出行这些都很方便，推荐入住

酒店离地铁站很近，有个地下通道走过去大概十五分钟，很方便，这个天走也不热，前台服务也超级棒，很热情，主动介绍周边吃饭的地方，早餐也就在一楼，很方便，点外卖有机器人送，还有洗衣房免费试用，对于出行实在太方便了，房间里浴巾毛巾都准备充足，被子很软，还有冰箱提供，很满意，总体各方??面都很好，推荐入住

入住三天，彻底被这家藏在上海核心区的酒店圈粉！
这次来上海参加行业展会，提前一周订了这家离展馆仅两公里的酒店，本以为只是“过渡住宿”，没想到全程体验拉满，连同行的同事都追问我要预订连结。
从踏入大堂开始，好感度就直网上升——暖调灯光搭配简约的木质装饰，没有过度奢华的压迫感，反而像走进了温馨的“城市小家”。前台小哥效率超高，核对讯息、办理入住不到3分钟，还主动询问我们是否需要打印展会资料，得知我们带了行李箱，立刻帮忙叫了前台送到房间，细节处的贴心真的很戳人。
我们订的是双床房，推开房门瞬间眼前一亮：房间比图片上更宽敞，靠窗的位置摆了小沙发和茶几，刚好能放下电脑处理工作；床品是那种摸起来糯糯的纯棉材质，枕头有软硬度两种可选，每天展会结束回到房间，往床上一躺，全身的疲惫都能消散大半。最惊喜的是卫生细节，桌面、床头柜没有一丝灰尘，卫生间的洗漱台、淋浴间干干净净，连地漏都没有异味，这种“看不见的地方也用心”的态度，比很多高端酒店都做得好。
早餐更是超出预期！餐厅在22楼，落地窗外能看到上海的城市天际线，边吃早餐边看风景，开启一天的好心情。餐食种类超丰富，不仅有包子、粥品等中式早餐，还有现烤的面包、现磨咖啡和鲜榨果汁，甚至有上海本地特色的粢饭团和豆腐脑，厨师阿姨看我喜欢吃粢饭团，还特意多给加了一勺脆油条。
离店那天赶早班高铁，前台qioan提前帮我们预约了送站车辆，还打包了两份早餐盒，里面装了鸡蛋、三明治和牛奶，方便我们在路上吃。全程没有任何糟心的小插曲，反而处处是“被重视”的感觉。如果以后再来上海出差、旅游，这家酒店一定会是我的首选，也真心推荐给所有注重住宿体验的朋友，闭眼订不踩雷！

房间干净，也很时尚，不管宾馆里的硬件还是软件，每个细节都考虑得很周到。夏天季节，从高铁下车，走地下通道就能到达该宾馆，不远。避免了夏热炎炎乘出租车，或到处找宾馆地址的各种麻烦。他们的服务也挺好的，处处为客户而想，想必领导对员工的培训等方面都下了功夫的。我忘记了东西，他们也会及时和我联系然后也很快把遗忘的东西很快寄还给我了。早餐也是丰盛的自助餐，也能满足商务人士的需求。以后有机会再次会来借宿的。

推荐这家新酒店！新开的酒店设施非常崭新，处处透露着用心。价格合理，前台李丽服务态度真的超好，虽然我到达很晚，她依然耐心周到地帮我办理入住，还贴心免费升级了套房！房间宽敞明亮，面积大布局舒适温馨，床品柔软干净，睡起来特别舒服。卫生间设施现代智能，沐浴体验很棒。整体环境安静整洁，隔音效果也很好，完全超出了预期…

If you need to be near from the airport or railway Hongqiao, HUB or CBD is really convenient this hotel. You are near but in a peaceful area. You cross the street and can use the underground road, so you avoid the noise, rain or hot and arrive to rhe HUB
The staff that’s made my check in was not friendly and both ladies didn’t speak Chinese, I know is my bad, but they near from an international convention area!
The room is cozy and the bed really comfortable, the pillows were too soft for me. They need to improve the cleanliness, under the wardrobe, I saw garbage and a pumpkin seed (not mine because I don’t like it) I asked for a room away from the lift and I was between the two elevators areas ?? I asked too for a room smoking free and smells a little, at night was smelling, I guess smoking is possible in an adjoining room
