地理位置很好，紧邻豫园，城隍庙，到外滩步行不到10分钟即可到，出门几步就是地铁，房间挺乾净的，及时打扫，早餐也比较丰富，推荐小馄饨和豆浆，工作人员也很热情友好，小机器人一如既往可爱

环境：酒店地理位置方便，紧邻豫园地铁站，不行5min就到外滩，出行方便
衞生：大堂和房间内的衞生打扫得乾净
服务：酒店工作人员耐心热情，晚上电视有点问题，也及时到房间内查看

预订的时候没在亚朵小程序下单，就没有早餐券。价格合适的时候希望携程能多安排一些福利给老客户。总体来説亚朵的服务和衞生都是全国标准化的。还不错。而且这家店里豫园和外滩都近。值得推荐。也谢谢前台小哥哥送的一份??礼物

半夜12点半，楼上的游客开始回房间，开门关门超级响，然后他们开始洗澡，声响大到好像在我头上洗一样，超级可怕。我害怕他们会有下一步的动作。我立马跟前台反应，前台小姐姐超级nice表示理解，给我换了一个房间。才了解到，原来6楼以上是别的酒店在经营。后来给我换到了3楼，是内开窗的房间，比较清净，但是楼上的声响也能听到，所以隔音问题还是需要改进。除此之外，第一次住亚朵，一切都挺好。

The hotel is very new and strategically located next to Yuyuan station Exit 7. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Changsha who kindly lends us his phone number for ******* food delivery. They also help us receive our Taobao delivery, some of which were delivered prior to our check in. The breakfast is good and the hotel also provides free supper every night.

入住期间反馈的建议酒店还是比较认真对待客户的感受处理得比较及时，除了换房不是很及时没得到帮助.来住了2天有一些地方我提出来的一些细节酒店最后解决了.经理态度很好还是有所改观的，也希望能培训好其他人员，能感受到亚朵还是很重视客人的入住反馈问题.这次还算满意.以后来还是会选择这家，位置方便，还能安稳的睡个好觉。酒店位置就在外滩、地铁10号线、14号线也能到7号口出来就是酒店。
