这次入住上海喜来登酒店，整体体验非常满意！特别感谢前台的晨晨小美女，不仅服务热情周到，还贴心地为我们升级了房型，孩子们惊喜万分，开心不已。
酒店提供来回迪士尼的接驳车服务，准时便捷；前往外滩等景点也安排了专车接送，全程无忧。无论是酒店内的工作人员，还是负责接送的司机师傅，服务态度都十分出色，让人倍感温暖。
此外，酒店周边餐饮选择丰富，楼下就有不少饭店，用餐非常方便。
温馨舒适的环境与无微不至的服务，真正做到了宾至如归。下次再来上海，一定还会首选这家酒店！

房间乾净，酒店的班车服务很好，基本满足了主要景点的需求，早餐品种略显单调，总体满意，酒店员工的服务也很好，走的时候有东西忘在酒店了，还特意打电话过来要给邮寄，因为东西不值啥钱，就表示不要了，下次去迪士尼还住这家

这次两家结伴出行，没想到酒店成了孩子最大的惊喜！小奶龙主题房设计得太用心了，我家宝贝回来後天天念叨，説还想回去住。早上醒来就钻进帐篷里自己玩耍，能安静专注地玩上好一阵子。这家酒店对孩子太有吸引力了，在她心里，这儿的快乐甚至超过了迪士尼——可以説，光为这个酒店我们都愿意再来！
早餐説实话种类不是很多，住过港迪附近的喜来登，那个早餐比起来丰富太多啦
总体还是非常推荐亲子家庭入住，孩子开心，大人省心，体验超值。

设施：设施齐全，还有便携挂烫机，虽然没用得上，总体来説还是不错的！
衞生：挺乾净的。
早餐：早餐选择挺多，咖啡还可以自己弄好了外带。
电视机可以投屏看电影，房间很大，去迪士尼就选择这家酒店，有来回班车，还送了迪士尼发箍，大厅有热的矿泉水，下次二刷迪士尼还会选择住你家！

酒店很新，交通非常便利，前台小姐姐服务很热情，看我们带娃，免费帮我们升级了奶龙亲子房，超nice，小朋友非常喜欢，另外酒店的班车特别多，去迪士尼，野生动物园，海昌海洋馆，外滩，市域线地铁站这些通通都有班车，楼下就是小吃街，非常方便～

客观评价：1衞生问题，吹风机袋子里有很长的头发 ，退房反馈後邮寄赠送小礼2洗漱用品放了两个沐浴露，没有放洗发水3入住没有送欢迎礼（冰箱贴或者发箍），退房反馈後，告知只有发箍可以邮寄，没有冰箱贴，且不论住几晚一个订单送一个，就没有要。4接送机和去乐园都比较方便，司机态度好，负责任。 5洗衣服务很方便，虽然是自助，但是联动电视会显示完成时间

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I had an issue with my shipping address and my items were incorrectly sent to another hotel, the staff Manniya, went the extra mile to assist me to make things right! My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. We even got a free room upgrade and a free gift to use at Disneyland upon checking in! The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of options and there was an egg station as well! There were also shuttle bus options to Disneyland, the Bund and even the airport. Really convenient to get around even though the hotel is located further from the city area. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

总体还可以。酒店门口有点小，地下车库到电梯有很长一段楼梯，大件行李不太方便。其它都不错，房间面积还可以，早餐也比较丰富，去机场也比较方便。退房还送了几个小礼品，意外惊喜。

设施和服务都很好，工作人员sharon还有晨晨很热情，帮我们免费升级到了奶龙亲子房。去迪斯尼还有野生动物园的班车也很方便，而且可以免费借童车。希望餐厅座位多一些，感觉九点左右餐厅位子不太够。
