前台服务热情，有求必应回覆及时！房间宽敞明亮，床上用品柔软舒适；自助洗衣适合旅行时间较长人士，大热天不用再担心一箱子汗味衣服。略微不足，新酒店装修味比较大，房间内配备空气净化装置，仍需入住后开门开窗通风一段时间，介意者请划过，整体满意！

酒店环境非常不错，干净整洁，早餐小朋友很喜欢，咖啡都是现磨的非常喜欢，工作人员的服务也非常好，很有耐心。
到的时间早暂时不能入住，出去玩一圈回来办理入住，酒店升级亲子房非常感谢。
迪士尼乐园，机场，地铁站，外滩都是免费接送，这一项非常加分

设施：进门有双人小童推车刚好小朋友睡着了直接放车上推上房间前台贴心安排了围栏，早餐也不错炒面炒饭小朋友都很喜欢

住的这几天里酒店前台的小姐姐小哥哥每一位都特别好，帮忙接水，预订班车解答问题都很细心周到。
前台的小姐姐lily微信名叫晨晨主动添加微信解决我的问题，还有一位前台的小姐姐因为忘了拿手机下楼，还帮忙打印了去迪士尼班车的二维码，方便我进群。每一位前台小姐姐小哥哥都主动帮忙接水，解决问题，因为没注意名牌所以没有往上写具体名字，但是很感谢这几天的每一位前台工作人员！！！老板要给员工加鸡腿，涨工资！！
酒店房间很舒适，早餐也很好，去迪士尼，地铁站的班车很方便，很便捷，节省了出行的时间和成本整体非常好！

房间： 房间干净 宽敞 舒适 高低枕头都有 干湿分离 智能电视 可以投屏 窗帘自动开关 很遮光 房间安静 亲子房很温馨 饮用水随时补给 冰箱里冷饮也是即使补 带着孩子的家庭 提供围栏 让家长睡觉多一分安心 马桶坐垫 洗漱用品 非常齐全 有小童牙刷及牙膏
早餐 ：凉菜就10多种 水果5-6种 小油桃太好吃了 脆甜 面包 糕点 酸奶 先煮的面条 米线 3-4种炒菜 煎煮鸡蛋 火腿 薯条 洋葱圈 粗粮紫薯 玉米 山药 种类可以 口味较好 咖啡！咖啡现磨的 自动磨豆咖啡机 还提供了厚实的一次性杯子 方便客人携带！想的太周全啦！
出行：酒店提供 接送机、迪士尼、外滩、动物园、海昌、市域线、川沙地铁等多条免费来回大巴
餐饮：楼下周边很繁华 星巴克 瑞幸 柠檬茶 奶茶 蜜雪 麦当劳 肯德基 中式餐厅 烧烤 火锅 通通有 好几个便利店 电影院 足疗 外卖点餐也很方便
入住酒店 送迪士尼发箍 没有严格要求的客人 不需要空外购买了 酒店还提供婴儿车 和迪士尼里面一样的大婴儿车 离店还会小惊喜噢

最近一段时间出游住过的最好的酒店了，干净卫生，隔音效果很好，床睡着很舒服，早晨不会觉得腰酸背痛，看带孩子了还给升级了房型。酒店的接驳车非常方便，去了迪士尼之后就一步都不想走了，即便是坐地铁都不想动换的情况下，接驳车真的太赞了！而且小朋友早餐的时候，把牙套落在了餐厅，一位戴眼镜的工作人员帮着翻找了垃圾给找回来的，大厨还用消毒水给泡上了。

这次体验很棒，前台服务也很棒，订房后加了前台的微信，LILY非常贴心常常叮咛我班车时间以及赠送小礼物，很亲切哈??还免费升级了房型，厕所干湿分离做得很好，整体非常好又干净空间很大，迪士尼导游服务也很不错，节省了很多时间，酒店附近也有很多店家，以后会想再次入住喜来登??辛苦了??
