This is the worst hotel stay I had in China. The walls are so thin that I can hear the rooms beside me talking loudly at 12 midnight and 6am in the morning. The cleaning of the room is also done badly. Dust was everywhere. Floor was full of dirt . They even serve uncooked meats during their breakfast and my family and I had food poisoning.

Location is great, 10-12mins to train station. There is malls nearby also walking distance and very convenient. Staff here are friendly too there is also robot service to delivery your stuff and also a parcel collection point next to the reception. Overall is a great stay but do take note that they don’t provide amenities in the room do consult the hotel if needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Shanghai and had an amazing experience! The service was excellent throughout our stay.
They provided complimentary mineral water and hot tea, which was a nice touch. We could also order things online and have them delivered to the hotel, they even had a designated area to safely keep our parcels for us.
The room itself was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning design and a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just perfect. Definitely one of the best hotel stays I’ve had — highly recommended!

还不错，服务态度很好，热情周到，提前打电话来确认并且主动给升级了房型，乾净衞生，升级后房间空间感不错，小冰箱还有冰饮料，整体满意
