We have the best stay during five days in Shanghai~ would definitely recommend to our friends the romm is clean and the price is reasonable And I love the delivery robot so much haha the location was pretty good too just a few minutes walk from MRT really convenient and not so crowded the staff is also friendly! Will definitely be back here next time we are in Shanghai.

卫生超级差 真的无语
入住的时候等电梯很久就算了 上去刷卡发现刷不了又下来刷卡 好耽误时间啊
进入房间也感觉非常差 卫生很差很差?? 灰尘太多了
窗户也是室内我的天 屋内太热了
30度的温度一晚上睡不着 很不爽 第一次住这么差的酒店

这家上海静安迪尔思酒店真的太让人惊喜啦！
首先位置绝了，离上海站步行才390米，赶车或者刚到上海落脚都超级方便，周边吃喝玩也都很全~装修是2019年的，设施特别新，房间里那个圆形浴缸直接戳中我的心巴，边泡澡边看窗外城市景，氛围感拉满?
服务也很贴心，还有机器人服务这种细节，亲子主题房也很适合带娃家庭。4.5分的评分是真的实至名归，300多的价格能住到这配置，性价比直接拉满！

房间面积不小，住着比较宽敞舒适，干净整洁面光几净的很放心，入住快捷服务人员办事利落高效，酒店距离上海火车站直线距离500–800米，高铁和地铁都相当方便??出站务必务必务必走南站口，重要的事情说三遍??

订的景观房，去到前台居然给了我一个很小的豪华房，一开门就觉得不对，房间电话坏的联系不到前台，又大包小包的下楼，前台轻描淡写的来了一句搞错了，没了连一句道歉都没有，换了房间，进门格局很奇怪，卫生很差，房间不知道多久没人住了都是浮灰，因为赶时间出门吃饭也不纠结细节了，吃完饭回来想看电视，好极了，电视居然是坏屏不知道什么时候被前一个住客弄坏了，果然这个房间很久没人住了，但是打扫房间的阿姨不检查吗？整个店毫无管理可言很难想象这种酒店还能生存多久！

房间干净整洁宽敞，酒店地理位置很不错??离上海火车站很近，步行5分钟左右即到。本次旅行安排了南京一日游，早上7:30从酒店步行至上海站坐8:00发车到南京的高铁游刃有馀??
关于早餐：用餐时间是7:00-10:00，餐品选择较少，烤肠和配白粥的小菜挺好吃的
ps: 酒店附近的kudoo咖啡很好喝！推荐小青柑汤力美式，下次来上海还要喝这家??

The hotel is conveniently located about a 7-minute walk from Metro Line 2, making it easy to explore Shanghai. Our room has the view of the iconic 1000 Trees. The room was relatively clean and comfortable, though the partial partition between the bathroom and sleeping area felt a bit awkward, as the bathroom door was visible from the bed. Breakfast was serviceable but could be improved in terms of variety and flavor.

对于返住客+长住客来说，这次5晚的住宿，服务确实不尽如人意。第一次入住以及退房时，很热情周到，所以才会第二次选择入住。这次的行程，前台服务员checkin时没有感到任何的温暖，甚至有点冰冷，而且只有我一个人办理入住，都没有其他客人。checkout也没有任何多馀的话语。或许不是新客，所以不在乎感受吧！下次会考虑换酒店了。
