很好！价位也高，不过艺龙相对别的携程等便宜！可以看见三大神器！小孩子床上蹦得欢！地理位置也方便，离地铁口挺近！早餐据说178一位，没吃，不知如何！热水用着不错！不过是夏天，都OK的！

网上订的，很方便，唯一不足的是不好变通，如多余订了房间想调整次日再住都不行，若能改进完善顾客的需求，对酒店对顾客都是好事

常客了，家来朋友亲戚都是住在这里的，简单的问题酒店不予解决，推来让去的，使得我们白白多掏了一晚上的房费，五星酒店就这么回事，把制度套得死死的，完全不为客人着想，再也不来这个酒店了，伤心失望

酒店唯一不好的就是，订了房间无法调整更改，本次房间订了好几间，有一间房由于入住人零时赶不到，通过多方面协商，想调整到第二天住，结果没能给予解决，房间一晚没住，还白白的扣了一晚上的房费，太没有人性化了，顾客是上帝，我看未必，又不是退房，只是其中一间房调到第二天住，酒店那么多，花钱哪没得住呀，再不住这家酒店了
