酒店总体环境还是不错的，靠近东方明珠台，我们是晚上入住的，第二天出去玩，卫生间没有门，是敞开的，晚上睡觉必须把灯全部关掉，房间的空调是坏的，半夜孩子觉得热，我起来开空调，没有反应，只能放弃，让孩子把脚露出来，前台的接待态度非常好，待人很客气，笑容很好
