房间被安排在楼阁里面，没有窗户，房间隔音效果差，早上8点就有人在装修，原本订全季八佰伴店的，艺龙客服居然说没房将我安排在陆家嘴店，总体效果失望，以后都不会再到艺龙订房.

非常棒的酒店，前台人员服务很好，大堂有免费咖啡喝，空间大。酒店附件很繁华，附近饭店很多，地理位置好，交通方便。住的是高级大床房，房间有个很大的落地窗，房间宽敞，明亮。卫生干净、整洁。酒店早餐非常好，种类齐全，味道很好。

非常喜欢，位置好，服务好，办理入住快好，房间宽敞干净，空间非常大，采光、房间设计非常好，房间暖和，隔音好，房间还有免费矿泉水和咖啡送，非常好，大堂有免费红茶，非常喜欢，WIFI全楼覆盖信号非常好，早餐丰盛可口，热水出水量大很舒服，温度适合，暖气特别好，地铁、打车也方便、交通非常便利。
