吉臣酒店地理位置很好，出行也很方便，门口有45路公交车，可以坐到静安寺转地铁，或者走十分钟可以直接到地铁江苏路站，周边吃饭也很方便，有小吃美食城也有好多餐馆，酒店早餐非常不错，东西很多，特别是小馄饨好吃，我住的大床房，不知能不能加床，可以问服务台，酒店有停车场。

服务态度差！竟然押金必须现金支付！现在菜场也不用现金了吧，没有现金情况下，竟然当着客户面把房间内饮料什么的拿走！你们就是这样做的服务，真的一心都嫌多！
设施老旧；床、桌子、椅子最起码有五年以上了吧。洗澡是站在浴缸里，拉一个塑料布挡水，这样的设计估计上海老房改造都改掉了！号称四星就这样的四星！
