酒店最糟糕的就是服务，没有任何服务意识，基本上经济型连锁酒店的服务也不一定比得上！早餐让厨师下一碗面像欠他钱一样！客房电话接线生也是很不耐烦！前台只有一个人，那么空还要等！住过世界各地的五星酒店，这一家的服务绝对排在倒数！房间清洁做的不错，设施很新，酒店环境也不错。总的来说：硬件一流，软件末流。管理加油吧！
