一开始预定了2间温馨大床房 酒店拖了1个多小时没确认 到了凌晨1点直接拒单 没办法定了贵几十块的豪华大床房！！结果到店安排了一间内窗的房间
房间有异味！另一间是家庭房 也是没谁了....要求撤出加的小床 告知人手不够....要求解决方案 说没房间了
就这两个房间了我没办法解决！！！建议大家预定大型连锁酒店 不然真是投诉无门.....垃圾的不能再垃圾了
