此单是我信用卡担保订单，从三月20号我前台现金支付入住到第二天退房到3月29号中间一直都未查到都未查到我入住的信息，中间同程的客服也有一直在联系，但酒店就是一直未查到我的信息。。。入住姓名都已提供日期也都提供，不知道为什么还搞了这么久

第一次做的房卡，下楼跑了两趟都打不开房门，后来客房阿姨用万能卡开了，但打开房门臭味扑鼻而来，问阿姨是什么味道，阿姨说是厕所管道的味道，于是要求换了房间，让我看了旁边的房间，换的房间又说房型不对，又开了一间，但还是有臭味，因为只住一晚也不想麻烦了所以就将就了一个晚上，但真的体验超级差

因为是半夜下的飞机，然后凌晨到这里了，说实话，他们挺过分，然后因为是第二天订的酒店，提前一天就不能入住，我们凌晨三点等到白天六点才进的酒店。有空房间就是不让入住，说非要等到那个时间，女朋友累得不行，就在大堂的沙发上等了三个多小时。
