老酒店，被新東家接手后也沒什麼改變，位置，風景沒話說，運氣也蠻好，中秋夜看到了隱隱約約的月亮，還看到月亮湖里小鴨子。唯一遗憾是我們一家7口三间房，一個月前已定好，中秋當天12點半到酒店，說有個房間沒退，要等，我們到已有的房間等待，等了足足3個小時才拿到最後一個房間的房卡，期間我們問詢時從答應1小時候到2小時後，一直在拖，如果不是我們堅持，有人不知道要等到何時，唉，5星酒店的服務咋這樣呢？

夏天适合带娃来玩 一个周末笃定周边都一圈 唯一遗憾天气是下雨天不然可以玩很久了 服务也很周到贴心

网上定的时候要双人间，去酒店时给了间亲子房间，小孩的设施很多，可惜没带小盆友。住在二楼，看不到外面景色，被前坪挡了，楼上应该好些。设施还比较新。服务人员态度很好，给我补了小孩餐券和礼券，还有电话询问入住感受，另外房间的吧台小冰箱里的饮料和零食是要付费的，因为价目表上写了句“阁下欲补充饮料请与客服中心联系，并按以下收费记入房费...”这句话让人误以为提供的饮料零食免费，再需要则找客服中心联系另外收费。结果并不是的，大家注意！

很好，前台Elle很热情，服务态度好，看到有小朋友马上就安排了房间、之后因房间位置不好还给换了豪华高级房，总体还是很满意，下次还会去。
