入住时烟灰缸还有没倒掉的烟头，桌上的两瓶矿泉水有一瓶是喝过的，第二天没服务员打扫卫生！

位置还不错，在中潭路地铁站对面，但是服务很差。先是不敢得罪之前的延住住客告诉我们没房，要给我们换到一公里以外的地方，后来又非说我们预定的三居室没房，要让我们换分别在A,B栋的两个两居室，最后吵了两个多小时还是只能换成同层的两间房，还埋怨我们到的太早，12点之前不敢通知房客退房，最差的是一直到下午三点钟还没有将客房打扫干净。
