卫生打扫得不算干净。卫生间垃圾桶还有此前用过的卫生纸。沙发边有薯片包装袋。比较吵。换过一次房间。第一次面向苏州河，在顶楼，下面就是轻轨。一进门就觉得受不了赶紧下楼换房。另一个朝向略好一点。但有高架和火车。卫生间非常小，是整体的类似飞机上的卫生间。楼道里卫生也不好。很多家垃圾放门外两天没人收。楼内还有人装修，有装修味道。最大的优点是楼下就是轻轨站还有一个公交始发站，交通便利。还有一个中型超市，买日常用品方便。另外，价格不高。

房间很干净，比原先预计的好很多。床上用品都不错，睡起来舒服的。楼下吃的喝的玩的超市什么的都很方便。值得推荐给大家！

总的来说还算满意；交通也算方便，出门就是3号4号线的地铁，也因为这一点总是能听到地铁的声音：床很软，是中央空调，有洁癖的人最好自己带着床单被套，因为床上有少量残留的毛发，不过没有异味；安全性很高，电梯必须要用门卡刷一下才可以选择楼层，中间叫外卖的时候，外卖小哥为此抱怨了半天
