房价涨幅大，第一晚订的288第二天续房就428了，我住的房间??比较宽敞，有一个窗户但基本没用，因为是过道所以被封死了基本上等于是个摆设，好在房间里配了空气净化器，地理位置很好，周边吃的，商场，公交地铁都很方便，离东方明珠塔那些也不远的，总的来说比较满意。

周围还算方便吧，离地铁站比较近，各种档次的商场也都有，但酒店的那栋楼真的很老了....还好里面东西都比较新，而且前台第一次安排的房间真的特别小，明明我们定的不是最便宜的，感觉和最便宜的差不多大小。不过只要有要求，前台基本能满足，后来也给我们换房了，总的来说性价比很高了。

酒店大厅在一个大厦楼上，要坐电梯上去才看得到，不算气派。房间有点小。我们一行人有领导，这房间给领导住就有点显小气了。可能在那个地段那个价格，已经不错了吧。楼下就有吃饭的地方，街对面也有早餐，还有地铁。交通是方便的。

我们定的话是不带窗的，采光不好，比较暗，房间比较小，但是很干净、整洁，楼下周边商场、便利店、小吃店都有，交通也比较方便
