严重差评！！！我于10月25—27日入住三晚两间，由我支付3398元，同时购买两张99元的金卡，当时前台服务员承诺并确认积分已存入我的会员卡，结果当我昨天再次入住时竟然发现我的积分为零，服务人员不帮我补回积分，出现如此工作失误还不妥善弥补处理，我表示很不满意，必须差评！
