周围是街道，也有大学，不过对街房间很吵。brbr我要求换房，理论上服务员是积极跟进的，当时是凌晨3点打的电话提出要求。到第二天我一早要出去，服务说没房间了，到中午有客人退房就给我安排，我就给了房卡出去了。brbr晚上23:00左右我才回来的，一整天下来，我想应该有机会换到我满意的房间。brbr然而服务告诉我，房间只剩下xxxx房....我听了很不高兴，早上这个事情就已经在安排了，中午退房那么多，不论还有多少个入住进来的客人，我是已经入住的客户，并且是比中午入住的客户更早要求换房服务的。如果你说我是晚上才要求，没房了我理解，但是这一整天下来，最后我还是流落到没房可换，不得不去到最后剩下的不是我满意的房间，这服务让我很失望。brbr这说明前台根本没把我换房的要求放在眼里，反正我有事走了，中午入住的新客户优先，我是个换房要求的而已，反正都住进来了，无所谓了是吧？brbr服务都是细节。我是很想差评，看在酒店设施本身没什么问题就算了。brbr不是一次满意的入住体验。
