酒店设施很好，但是总体服务与酒店本身的定位非常不符，服务人员培训不到位。清明期间降温非常冷，两天里面酒店的大堂和早餐厅仍然不开暖气，冻到吃早餐发抖。临走时服务员问我意见，我说对没有暖气不满意，工作人员回答可能是突然降温酒店没有准备好，我说这种级别的酒店，不应该有这种准备不足，何况已经降温第三天，你们仍然没有一丝想要开暖气的意思，应该不是来不及了。希望酒店的高层能够重视底下的实际执行力，对得起安麓的品牌！

酒店的大堂的确非常美，传统建筑魅力大，酒店外的古戏楼也很精美，金碧辉煌。硬件条件不错，床垫是dux的，可惜服务较淡薄。
