19号入住一晚，本想11月份的天气房间应该有空调的，可竟然没有，有点冷。早餐的时候看到有个女服务员好像在和人吵架，让她拿勺子给我们她竟然态度很差的拿过来，有点丢过来的意思，四星级的酒店服务却是不挂星的，很遗憾。

世博期间该酒店不需要信用卡担保，足见其不愁没有客人来。对客人来说，非常方便。虽然世博期间价格比较高，但因为位置不错，附近有地铁四号线，十号线，去城隍庙、陆家嘴以及外滩都十分方便。

服务不好，宽带要钱。我的宽带没信号，晚上十点居然说没人值班，让我把电脑拿下去修，说话还待理不理的。

我是小时候在该酒店附近长大的，非常熟悉而且喜欢该酒店所处的位置，故到上海基本上都住在该酒店，有一种回家的感觉。该酒店的服务和环境较好，不足之处有2点：1、硬件上电话机屏闪非常厉害，看电视很不舒适，建议能改善一下；2、该酒店宽带收费太高，每天100元，且这次6月初在订酒店时已经确认是免宽带费，但酒店工作人员还是坚持要收取宽带费，否则拒绝开通，后在与艺龙网联系由网站帮助交涉后，才免费开通。但令人不解的是，在结帐时服务台又将宽带费计算在内，经过交涉后才扣除。我们相信酒店绝不是故意为难客户，的确是服务上尚有瑕疵，希望下次能够改进。由于该酒店的位置与我成长的经历有着特殊的渊源，作为外乡的上海人下次来上海还会选择这里的，但希望该酒店在硬件和软件上能够进一步改进。
