该酒店位置很好，在四川北路商业圈附近，闹中取静，服务也不错，性价比很好。缺点是上网费用比较贵，一天要100元，和房价相比太高。

是个设施比较老的酒店，没有特别的好或不好，但位置挺好的出脚挺方便，安静但离商业街很近（走走5分钟，穿过一条墙上刻有名人名言的小路），就餐方便，在多伦路（走走10分钟）喝咖啡。

闹中取静，游玩、吃饭多比较方便（同一建筑内的美林阁性价比较高），以后还会选择住此。

已经和uncle 在该酒店住了8次了，uncle说，这里还可以，只是服务不是很到位，接待人员很难冷漠。本人感觉，既然是最佳西方的连锁所酒店，整体人员的素质应该再提升一次，早餐应该以西餐为主，老外来上海大多选择住这里

总体还可以
只是早餐价格有点奇怪。艺龙预定时说60元/人，入住时前台说48元/人，吃早餐时变成78元/人。最后肯定是按贵的结账。不知道什么意思。

因为离公司近安排客户住了两天，感觉不好就3星水平，服务不好 刚办入住手续房卡机坏了在修，半天也没拿到房卡，后来还是自己提出先叫服务员开门进去等的，那附近建议还是住九龙宾馆。
