酒店还是很不错的 就输位置有些偏 但是很安静 可能是因为酒店平时住的人少 第二天房门打不开了 因为门卡没有电了 所以等了很久 希望酒店能够定时检查房卡情况

行李箱丢在了酒店，半个多小时后才发现，酒店前台热情地帮办理了寄送，隔天居然就收到了！非常感谢！去玩奈尔宝的不二选择，一路之隔，可以放心玩到闭店。很好的入住体验。

酒店很大，很漂亮，前台员工李云凤很热情，服务很好，给我们升级了房间，前台那个小伙子左凯杰很专业啊，酒店介绍的很详细，早餐很丰盛，品种很多。

带孩子来奈尔宝来玩，过年入住的人真的好多，前台的一位李云凤女士服务很热情周到，还送了红包给孩子，孩子很喜欢，另外一位小左很有条理，不厌其烦为我们解答问题，五星好评！
