I really enjoyed my stay at CitiGO Jing’an Shanghai. It’s a great spot for solo travelers, with a super convenient location close to Nanjing West Road and the Jing’an area, so getting around the city was easy.
Breakfast was simple but nice, with a coffee machine, pastries, and fresh fruits—just right for a quick and relaxed start to the day. The room was comfortable and practical for a city trip.
A nice little bonus was receiving a cool coffee cup after check-out, which was a fun and thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable stay in a strategic location, and I’d definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Shanghai.

Excellent location close to river perfect for walking/running. Rooms exactly like in the hotel website picture, only flaw is curtain mechanism is not very reliable so usually stays close

Very clean and staff were very nice - appreciated this as the key/door stopped working multiple times and they had to call someone to fix it late at night/midnight which really impressed me. Very comfortable bed.
