  I was given an executive suite. However I switched to a different room. I am Shanghainese and quite familiar with the location. As a professional hotelier I found that the service level need to be lift up to the international standard. The carpet in the room and common area were not shampooed properly or regularly. Staffs in reception area were polite and respectful. One of the bellman was quite unprofessional and disrespectful. Also staffs in canteen needs to be trained properly. Where they withdraw the plates from the table should use courtesy language instead of silence gestures. I sincerely hope they well. It’s a great location in Shanghai.

  Very good place. Comfortable, good views, spacious room, good gym, complete breakfast, reception team speaks English. Pool more to practice swimming than for leisure. If gym opened one hour earlier would be great.

  房间很干净，服务也很好的。窗外景色里有上海美丽的马勒别墅群。很美好的旅途住宿时间。房间的卫浴是干湿分离新式的。

  房间虽小了点，但有两张床，一家四口住是没问题，卫生还可以，早餐贵了点，服务不错，设施还行，孩子喜欢，下次来也会继续住。

  双床太小，离地铁站远，其他都很好。窗外风景不错，早饭挺丰盛。 总的来说非常好的一次体验，可能还有更多有趣的玩法，希望下次继续来探索。

  设施：没有独立的淋浴间，而是要站在浴缸上冲澡，浴缸去水慢，洗到一半就要把脚泡在水里洗了。 卫生：没有发现卫生问题，比较舒适。 环境：安静，值得赞。

  地理位置不错 出行很方便 酒店房间干净 ，如果你早到可以把行李寄存在前台这里，然后出去玩即可，这次入住16楼窗户望出去就是马勒别墅，床蛮舒服，唯一不足就是这没有淋浴 是浴缸加手拿花洒，控制不好水就容易滋出 把卫生间弄湿。 他们这里有游泳和健身器材 不过不在住楼层 需要下1楼 左手边 走到底 有一部6楼电梯 6楼一开门就是泳池 不过不是标准泳池 ，但可以游 现在夏天10点有教练教小朋友游泳避开这个时间段 人少点。

  一直来住，其他都还可以，但是这个房间是真的有点逆天了。 连淋浴头都没有，只有泡澡的缸。我问前台怎么洗，前台居然说坐着洗，不方便也就算了，这洗漱的用品居然还放到浴缸外面，意味着得一直手伸出去。洗完澡后厕所里根本避免不了全是水，然后叫服务员打扫一下厕所也只是穿着自己的脏鞋踩着浴巾糊弄两下就完事了。 只能说这家酒店的厕所设计真是天才中的天才
