对不住“皇冠假日”这个招牌哦！答应给的朱家角买票第二天柜台去要才给。要一把水果刀直到退房也没送上来。自助早餐食物像是被抢过，也没人补。地下停车库车位少，没人管理，过道都是车。最离谱就是电视机的电线上的灰像几年没打扫了。清洁工也太不走心了吧？不敢想其他地方的卫生了。
